6 Ways to Use Beetroots for Massive and Glamorous Hair Growth

Hello dearies, I hope everyone is doing great. Today I would like to tell you how to use beet juice on your hair. Nowadays we apply so many products to our hair, but have you ever tried beet juice? If you haven't already, you really need to try it out because beets contain a multitude of nutrients that make them a super food. Beetroot helps to overcome many hair problems such as: dandruff, hair loss, irritated scalp, baldness, etc.


Beetroots Juice



Beet is a vegetable plant native to the Middle East. It is cultivated in several forms and having different colors.

A- Beetroot is very rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C, potassium, Calcium, iron, manganese (necessary to fortify and promote hair growth);

i) in folate (helps the follicles to produce new hair)

ii) in homocysteine ​​homologous to cysteine. It will strengthen the hair loops.

B- Thanks to its carotenoids, it will promote better blood circulation on the scalp and nourish the follicles from the inside.

C- It is also known to prevent and limit hair loss by tightening the hair pores.

D- Its anti-pruritic properties help the scalp to get rid of dead cells, dandruff and itching while conditioning it deeply.


6. Common Hair Uses of Beetroots



1-Prevention of Baldness and Premature Hair Loss




  • If you suffer from hair loss, there is nothing better than using a beet mask. It not only helps prevent hair loss but also promotes rapid growth and makes it healthier.

Method:

  • Grate two beets,

  • Add 1 glass of water, mix well, and sift to remove residue.

  • Add to this the juice of an onion (sift to remove residues)

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  • 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel

  • Mix the mixture well and apply it on the scalp and hair (roots and ends)

  • Leave to act for 15 to 20 min. rinse with lukewarm water and continue your hair routine

Recommendation: do the mask once a week.

2- Mask for Hair Thickness and Shine


Method:

• Mix the juice of 2 to 3 beetroots with a cup of warm coffee and aloe vera gel.

• Apply the mixture on the scalp and the hair (roots and ends)

• Leave to act for 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Continue with your hair routine Recommendation: do the mask once a week.



3- Anti-Dandruff and Itchy Scalp Treatment




Beetroots juice removes excess oil from the scalp (causes dandruff and irritated scalp). Method:

  • Cut your beetroot in half and rub your scalp or apply the beetroot juice on your scalp.

  • Leave to act for 15 min, then rinse thoroughly. Continue with your hair routine.

Recommendation: do the mask once a week

4- Mask for Better Hair Growth




Method:

  • Mix the pulp of an avocado with 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and a glass of beet juice.

  • Apply the mixture on the scalp, hair (roots and ends)

  • Leave to act for 30 min

  • Wash your hair with your mild shampoo and continue with your hair routine

Recommendation: do the mask once a week



5- Rinsing with Apple Cider Vinegar + Beetroots Juice




This rinse fights scalp infections, detoxifies it, cleanses the hair follicles, and cleanses the scalp thus ridding it of dandruff and accumulations of hair products.

Method:

  • Mix a glass of beet juice with a glass of water and half a glass of apple cider vinegar

  • Rinse your hair with the mixture by massaging your scalp for 10 minutes

  • Rinse your hair with lukewarm water

Recommendation: do the rinse once a month


6- Natural Hair Dye

A-Beetroots Juice + Black Tea + Rose Water



Method: wear gloves

  • You will need a glass of beet juice, half a glass of your black tea and half a glass of your rose water.

  • Mix the ingredients, and apply to the hair. Let it sit for 1 hour and rinse.

Recommendation: to maintain the color, do it once a week



B-Beetroots Juice +Coconut Oil



Method: wear gloves

  • Mix 2 glasses of beet juice + 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil with a fork

  • Apply the mixture to your hair and cover your hair with a shower cap.

  • Leave to act for 3 hours and more

  • Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and use your conditioner. Style as usual

Recommendation: do it once every 2 weeks
